Description "Standard Line"
All products of the "Standard Line" are made from selected raw materials. In order to be able to offer you a favorable price for these products, we have not skimped on the performance of the products. It was important for us to develop these products with the usual high cutting performance and the best possible life time. On offer are the most commonly used products that are required for nail modeling or foot care.The main difference is in the manufacturing technique, for this we use brazed versions, which means that the shank of the products is made of high quality stainless steel or recycled carbide shanks. The solid carbide used in the cutting heads consists of standardized, high-quality carbide. This has enabled us to offer products that have a very high concentricity with very good performance.
With our "Standard Line" diamond bits, we only use stainless steel for shaft and carrier material. The main difference lies in the diamond coating, which consists of synthetic diamond in these products.
With the "Standard Line" we have succeeded in developing products that offer high performance at a very good price/performance ratio.
